- Email address: when you voluntarily submit your email address through our “Notify Me” sign-up form, to be informed about the opening of the estate.

Why we collect it and our legal basis
We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR / UK GDPR), given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the sign-up form. We use this data solely to send you occasional updates about TERRA, including news and the official opening date.
